Shipping policy

If we mention 'free shipping', then we (Tangerine Gourmet Spices LLP) mean:

• All shipping cost under INR 150 total for the order will be borne by us
  
• Only applicable for domestic mainland India
• Includes standard delivery and shipping charges only, unless otherwise stated
• Any loss or damage to goods is to be borne by the customer
• No refunds, exchanges, or returns accepted

If the value of your shipping exceeds INR 100 or is international in nature, all charges (included customs, duty, shipping, and other administrative charges) will be borne by the customer solely.
